Events and Promotional Media
Give the event or business a stronger aerial perspective.
Elevated Drone Services creates polished aerial photography and video for businesses, venues, organizations, and planned activities—capturing scale, location, atmosphere, and visual moments from a perspective traditional cameras cannot provide.
- FAA Part 107 certified
- High-resolution aerial photo and video
- Custom deliverables for web and social media
Pricing is customized based on location, event schedule, flight duration, requested coverage, editing, airspace, travel, staffing coordination, and project complexity.

Capture the scale and setting around the story
Aerial media can provide establishing views, venue context, movement, property scale, outdoor activity coverage, and promotional visuals that complement other marketing content. It does not guarantee attendance, engagement, sales, leads, or any marketing outcome.
Flexible aerial content for planned projects
Every proposed flight must be reviewed for airspace, crowd layout, nearby people, property permission, obstructions, weather, and legal operating requirements. Not every event or location can be flown.
Photography and video options
Aerial Photography
High-resolution photographs can capture the venue, branding, exterior setting, setup, activity zones, and overall scale from multiple safe perspectives.
Aerial Video
Smooth aerial clips can provide establishing shots, reveals, passes, and movement for websites, promotional edits, presentations, and social-media content.
The strongest event plan coordinates aerial coverage with the schedule, venue layout, people-management plan, and intended final media.
Crowd and site planning come before the flight
Drone operations near events require advance coordination. FAA Part 107 certification does not automatically permit flight over crowds.
- Review of airspace and location restrictions
- Property-owner or venue permission
- Defined takeoff and landing area
- Separation from people not participating in the operation
- Controlled flight paths and activity areas
- Event schedule and crowd-flow review
- Weather and wind evaluation
- Nearby buildings, trees, wires, and other obstructions
- Emergency and contingency planning
Standard event coverage is planned around people—not directly over an open-air crowd. Some event layouts may require coverage before guests arrive, from perimeter viewpoints, during controlled activities, or at another coordinated time.
How the project works
01
Define the creative goal
Review the event or promotion, location, schedule, audience, important visuals, and requested photo or video deliverables.
02
Review the operation
Evaluate airspace, permissions, site layout, people-management needs, weather, obstructions, and safe flight options.
03
Capture the content
Collect approved aerial photography and video from planned perspectives within the agreed flight and project scope.
04
Edit and deliver
Prepare the selected photographs, clips, or edited video files in an organized digital format for the approved uses.
Scheduling and delivery timing will be confirmed with the quote.

Before, during, or around the event
The recommended approach will depend on the specific site and event.
Before Guests Arrive
Capture the venue, setup, branding, exterior presentation, activity areas, and surrounding location with fewer crowd restrictions.
During Controlled Activities
Capture approved activity from safe flight paths when the site layout and operating conditions permit.
Promotional Content Outside Event Hours
Stage aerial content at a separate time to produce cleaner promotional visuals without depending on live-event conditions.
Need additional property or listing media?
Promotional media emphasizes presentation and storytelling, while property documentation creates an organized condition record.
Service area
Elevated Drone Services provides aerial event and promotional media across Central Florida, including Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, and Brevard counties.
Availability is subject to airspace, permissions, weather, location suitability, crowd-management options, privacy, and safe operating conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Can a drone fly directly over an event crowd?
Standard coverage is planned to avoid direct operation over open-air crowds. Feasibility depends on the people involved, aircraft eligibility, legal requirements, site control, and the approved operating plan.
Can you cover the venue before the event begins?
Yes, when the property, permission, airspace, weather, access, and site conditions are suitable. Pre-event coverage can be an effective way to capture setup and venue presentation.
Does drone video include sound?
Aerial drone footage does not provide usable event audio. Music, voice-over, interviews, or ground-recorded sound would need to be separately discussed and licensed or supplied appropriately.
Can you create vertical social-media video?
Vertical or horizontal deliverables can be discussed before filming so capture and editing match the intended platform.
What happens if weather prevents the flight?
The aerial portion may need to be rescheduled, adjusted, reduced, or canceled if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
How is the service priced?
Quotes depend on location, event schedule, coverage time, airspace, site complexity, coordination, requested photography or video, editing, travel, and deliverables.
Plan aerial media around the moment.
Aerial event coverage is subject to airspace, permissions, weather, privacy, crowd layout, site control, and safe flight conditions. Not every event or requested shot will be operationally or legally suitable, and marketing results are not guaranteed.
